Breakfast was good, staff pleasant and efficient. Only down side was a bit noisy in the evenings as it's in a popular area for night life. It's close to train and bus stations, and the main shopping malls.

6/10 Okay

We booked three rooms for two nights. The room sizes varied considerably. The smallest room, with two twin beds, had one window that you could open about an inch. There were no hooks to hang wet towels. Rug had some old stains. In the two larger rooms, the beds squeaked loudly every time you rolled over. One double mattress was also saggy in the middle. There was enough hot water. Restaurant was convenient.

This hotel was a great hub for downtown Aberdeen. It is adjacent to the Maritime museum a short walk to both the train station AND Northlinks Ferry Pier. I arrived by train and departed by ferry the next day. They do have a luggage room so no worries about a place to store your luggage after check out. The breakfast was typical, but good. A very good stay indeed

Nice hotel with comfortable beds. The room however had only one chair, no hooks or rails in the bathroom although the bathroom was huge. It was not suitable for two people even though it had two beds. No drawers or space for more than one suitcase except for the floor.

The hotel was lovely and clean, the bed was huge and the bathroom was clean and fresh. I'm a vegetarian and the continental selection was fine but the hot breakfast didn't give me much choice - scrambled or fried eggs, beans and fried tomatoes. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Nice staff. Great location, close to Union Square. Dated interior, past its prime. Carpets in room should be replaced by modern, hygienic flooring. Ok for a night, but would look elsewhere for a longer stay.
