I specifically asked for a room that would match the 'nice room' pics on expedia. So was moved to a different room. Because of this, the new room had not been warmed up, so was freezing upon entry. Minor inconvenience. Honestly, a hotel/motel should not SHOW nice rooms online to get you to book and then bait and switch customers. Update all your rooms. "
