Thè room was spotless. The employess were very helpful. There was a delicious breakfast in the morning with a very friendly lady working it. The kids really enjoyed the pool even though it needed some maintenance. We had a Great stay!

We booked 10 rooms for one night and what a great stay it was! Michael at the front desk was prepared for us it literally took 5 minutes to get us all checked in! Clean rooms, amazing staff!

Everything was good about the hotel except I had a 100lb cooler and the elevator was broke and we had to haul it up 2 flights of stairs. It's not necessarily the hotel's fault and things happen but it was a fairly large inconvenience.

The pool or water park was greatly appreciated. My children had great times. My children didn't want to leave the pool. I didn't enjoy the breakfast. There wasn't lots of options.

Meh Ok stay, but good staff!

Was expensive for the stay. Room was so-so, alot of dirty walls. The pool was a mosh pit. The manager did come in and sort things out. Almost all the lights were out in the pool area. Doors were open random people would come in and think it was a party zone. Paper thin walls. Rooms are now dated compared to other hotels in the area! Water slide is a lot of fun but rust is setting in everywhere, paint chips stick to your feet. The staff on day time was new, but helpful! Nighttime lady was great helping us get a new towel and toothbrush. The manger on duty both days was A+

The only thing I can complain about was we arrived at 4pm, our room was not ready til 430, not a huge deal for us, but was not comped anything for this.

This hotel is run down. There are broken floor tiles and chips in wood doors, cupboards, etc. the pool water was murky - a child wearing goggles in the pool said it was foggy when she was under water; there was rust all over the staircase up to the top of the slide. I would not stay here again.

Found a used condom wrapper on the couch. The breakfast staff was extremely rude and seemed upset to be there. Inside of dresser drawers were dirty and I had to clean them before use. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was good with a nice variety. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Overall an ok experience, not the best or the worst I’ve stayed in!

Room was spacious. I booked so my 2 year old could play in the kiddie pool. The pool was disgusting. There was brown algae looking stuff lurking on the bottom of the kids pool with foam floating atop the water. The adult pool with the waterslide was too murky to even see the bottom. It was gross and did not even bother with it. Staff at front desk was less than helpful. Room service was not done, even when requested. I left with garbage and diapers overflowing from my trash cans in my room. Fire alarms also went off at 4:30 am one night. There was no staff to be found at the front desk to explain if there was any danger.
