Excellent stay here with my children for a leisure break. Walkable from bus/train station and close to city and beach attractions. Spotless and thoughtful accommodation, comfortable and high quality.

Great Location

The apartment was clean and spacious, filled with breakfast items and fruit! It was nice to have a washing machine. Location was conveniently close to the bus station and museums.

These apartments are one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed. LOVED that there was milk, bread and fruit left for us upon arrival. Close to an excellent pub and other restaurants, and easy to find lots of things to do nearby. Parking is a challenge, but otherwise, this place is amazing.

Property was lovely. Food welcoming pack was a bonus. Only downside was lack of heating when it got quite cool in the evening but would definitely stay again.

Could not have picked a better location close to everything you could want for a fantastic vacation.They have through of everything you could want in the apartment will definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking for a home away from home This is were we will be staying next time we are in Aberdeen

A good apartment

Excellent location for all local amenities. The apartment was clean and the breakfast box was really nice we stayed a Friday and Saturday and it is noisy at night - but overall a great stay

Very lovely property. Clean , tidy and smartly decorated. Only issue that the shower needs looking at as the pole thing is loose. Could do with some heating . Other than that great place to stay.

Great person to deal with and was very accommodating ,allowing a late checkout and luggage storage while I waited for the 5pm ferry to Shetland. Very good deal for a 1 bedroom apartment right downtown. It felt very welcoming to arrive and find fresh fruit,bread,cereal and a small jug of milk in the fridge.Highly recommended.

Good stay at a comfortable apartment.

Very comfortable apartment and clean too. Didn't see anyone but there was information about to contact someone if needed. Information about parking wasn't correct so I had to end up paying more than I should have. All in all, very good stay in a good location. We would gladly stay here again.

The apartment was well equipped and centrally located within easy reach of Union Square and Union Street. The shower was very disappointing - with very little pressure and the heat was poorly regulated, alternating between cold and hot while you were trying to shower.

Nicely appointed apartment with some issues

The apartment was very large and had great amenities. The location was perfect to explore Aberdeen. Our group rented two of the apartments. Our issue was with the ground floor apartment. Due to the temperatures, the windows had to be open and opened right onto a busy sidewalk. There was noise at all hours from cars and people. It seemed not entirely safe to have the windows open. I do not recommend renting the ground floor apartment in the warmer months.

The apartment itself was fine and clean. Comfortable enough and reasonably suitable for our needs. Close to everything. The issues I have are with communication and housekeeping. We're from Canada, travelling to Europe for a month. Canadian cell phone roaming charges are extremely expensive, so we were travelling with data only SIM cards purchased in the UK. Unfortunately, the only way to communicate with this property is via phone. Not even email! So that was a problem for us. The other issue was with housekeeping. Even though it says no housekeeping in the ad in Expedia, there is a housekeeping sign in the apartment bathroom. But indeed housekeeping never came, and with a 5-day stay, the tiny kitchen garbage bag filled up quickly and we had no way of getting in touch with the property to find out how to deal with it. Also not enough pots and pans and cutlery.

Appartement très clair et spacieux. A l’arrivée, pain, lait, bananes et pommes. Des céréales à disposition aussi. Parking dans la rue gratuit le dimanche seulement. Bonne literie et rue calme. Lave-linge.

Bien situé mais decu des prestations non presentes

Etablissement tres bien situe, a cote du centre ville et des commerces. Appartement spacieux et plutot bien équipé. Plusieurs petites choses meriteraient une petite maintenance : table basse, lit, frigo, placatd, etc... Cote negatif: jamais vu quelqu'un a l'accueil en 5 jours !! Le service hotelier a ete résumé au changemeent des poubelles, lit et ménage non fait tous les jours. Enfin pas de nespresso comme indique et petit dejeuner tres incomplet, ou etaient les oeufs et le jus de fruit? Pas apporté tous les jours, cest le gros point noir avec la reception. Dommage car lappartement dans l'ensemble etait plutot agreable avec le systeme keyless. Plutot content mais n'est pas au niveau de sa note actuelle de 9.

These apartments are conveniently located near the harbor and Castlegate. They are modern in every way. It was a pleasure to stay here! The only minor niggles relate to the bathroom: there is inadequate lighting around the bathroom mirror and not enough shelf space for personal hygiene and cosmetic items and not enough towel bars.
