Disliked: Cleanliness
The cleaning was sporadic at best; and having shared accommodations meant you were at the will of the other people sharing the flats desire to clean. the check in procedure could have been a bit better explained, but once I was in it was no bother. had an issue with the microwave, but it was quickly replaced by the staff... all in all, it was a bed and a shared kitchen and pretty good for the price.

The property was fantastic value for money and very comfortable. The communication was a bit excessive, I’d booked three rooms so got everything in triplicate which was a lot of emails and calls.
