The location of the property is a bit tricky to fund but its worth the drive as it's set up overlooking Loch Tay surrounded by sheep farm and mountains. The chalet had everything we needed for our 2 nights. Beds were very comfy! We enjoyed the long walk to the beach, very Scottish, very magical!

So much potential for this place as the location is beautiful! Dockside location and a very quiet site. Unfortunately, there were many negatives during our stay: - door did not lock, no response to my phone calls, emails or messages so we slept with a bench against the door all night. I found a staff member in the morning who tried fixing the lock but said the wood was rotten - stains on carpets - large tear on couch - shower door couldn’t close so leaked ok floor - cracks in sink and an actual hole - cooker hob that would only work on full gas or completely off, cooker hood broken also - no utensils to cook with (wooden spoons, spatula, etc) - no way to control heating, only a sign saying pop a log ok the fire - hot tub was lukewarm at best - large pieces of broken glass at the bottom of the dishwasher that I had to remove myself - staff unreachable during the day and evening Such a shame as this place could be a great family holiday.
