"Older property BUT...positives: Nice staff, clean room (206), comfortable bed and I slept well, free pets, gated and secure for exiting vehicles, security cameras on all sides of property, laundry facilities, new exterior paint, ongoing renovations room by room, large property, staff cleaning parking lot debris daily, outdoor pool, microwave in lobby, vending machines, coffee carafe in lobby. Negatives: sink faucet very loose, very limited towels, only 2 pillows on the bed, door handle secure but I had to reset handle on interior each time I exited in order for deadbolt to retract into door and secure room, some rooms rented to Section 8 so Bbq's and other personal gear outside doors, exits from second floor limited to ends of buildings making any emergency exiting not as fast as it could be. My only real negative concern was waiting almost two hours for extra towels and extra pillows. No apologies for the lag. New construction materials neatly stacked and out of the way, so its quite evideht good effort is progressing on renovations."
