"Staff were very helpful and genuinely kind! The outdoor fish pond was refreshing. The hotel carpet is filthy and needs replacing. The TV kept going out. Saw a roach in the lobby. They were low on towels and sheets. I will not use this hotel again… pay few more bucks for better quality!!"

"I WOULD LIKE TO GET A REFUND FOR MY STAY. WHEN I GOT READY TO GO TO BED I NOTICED MY BED SHEETS HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED. HAD HAIR AND FOOD CRUMBS ALL OVER THE BED AND YOU COULD SEE THE OUTLINE OF SOMEONE ELSE BODY. THE FRONT DESK PERSON WHICH IS SUPER NICE GAVE ME SHEETS TO CHANGE MYSELF. WHICH IS NOT MY JOB. ONCE I GOT BACK TO ROOM AND STARTED THE HOUSE CLEANING I FOUND A LARGE PEE STAIN THAT WAS JUST UNDER THOSE SHEETS. SO THE TWO COVERS HAD NOT BEEN WASHED AS WELL. WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND...

"Everyone was kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean, a/c worked wonderfully thank goodness considering the outdoor heat.lol. Didn't eat breakfast but greatly appreciated the all day coffee. The only thing that I'd recommend is a list of local restaurants and tourist attractions be put in the rooms for visitors who don't really have a plan to go by."
