"Our group of friends stayed at a beautiful house near Gualdo, perfect for both relaxing and working. The house was very well-kept, thanks to the owner and the host, who was always ready to help, answer questions, and restock items if needed. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner made in the fully stocked kitchen, then dined outside on the patio with a stunning view of the hills in Le Marche. The house is just 6 minutes from a market, and nearby, Scarlett’s Bar at the gas station was a fun spot for lunch, espresso, and even dance parties. This place is a real gem for anyone wanting to escape busy life. The hills and driveway are steep, which is common in this part of Italy. With five of us working online, we found good spots for Wi-Fi, and it worked well. The host, Michele, and his mother were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent care and making us feel like we were in a 5-star home. We can’t wait to come back! "

"Loved the staff and property. Everything I thought it would be. Hiccups with WiFI but I wasn't surprised considering the area. Had several of the terme treatments, well worth it and will do it again! Alessandra at receiption was amazing! "This unique lodging in an historic palazzo is located in the central part of the city. Major squares are within five minute walk. Parking can be a challenge but the property offers valet service for an extra charge. Breakfast offferings were very good with a variety of options. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"We love the location walking distance to the Arringo Square and Piazza del Popolo. Lots of restaurants and it was market day in the square. Bed was comfortable, clean, spacious room and bathroom. Bathroom has big bath tub no glass or curtain for shower so made sure not to splash water. They asked us our breakfast choices so we had scrambled eggs and toast. Staff were helpful. We liked this place. Parking was outside the piazza (about 10 minutes walk) but secure, spacious and easy access (with lift) to the square."
