J’ai vu les bons avis ce qui m’a poussĂ©e Ă  faire la rĂ©servation, mais j’ai rĂ©servĂ© le 12 mai et j’ai pris contacte avec l’hĂŽte le jour mm sans rĂ©ponse de sa part jusqu’au 14 mai ( la date d’entrĂ©e ) j’ai appelĂ© le service client qui ne l’a pas eut non plus il m’a enfin rĂ©pondu le 16 mai donc 2 jours aprĂšs le dĂ©but de la rĂ©servation, aprĂšs tous les multiples appels de ma part et du service client. ArrivĂ© Ă  Abidjan je n’avais nulle part oĂč dormir entre le 14 et le 16 mai j’ai du rĂ©servĂ© ailleurs , je lui ai demandĂ© un remboursement qu’il a refusĂ© car selon lui l’appartement Ă©tait toujours disponible , Dieu merci que j’avais les captures d’écrans des appels Ă©mis vers l’hĂŽte avant dĂ©collage et Ă  l’arrivĂ© le service client Ă©tait dĂ©solĂ© pour moi sans me trouvĂ© de solution non plus je suis passĂ© par PayPal pour le paiement et grĂące Ă  ça j’ai Ă©tĂ© aujourd’hui remboursĂ© , j’ai pas trouvĂ© ça honnĂȘte de la part de l’hĂŽte c’est dommage voilĂ  mon expĂ©rience
