I did not get the room as shown in the listing of my booking with the pull up sofa bed. Instead of a pull up sofa bed for the kids, I got a single mattress thrown on the floor. At the end, I was told that my bill would be higher than I originally had on my reservation. It would be fair to recognize that the caretaker (Felix) and not the owner on site was very friendly and this is the only reason why I gave an OK for the breakfast service. However, that could not compensate for the false price listing at the end of my reservation and the misrepresentation of the room and service. My advice is to make sure that you ask for a pic of the actual room you will be staying in and a confirmation of the final fees before traveling otherwise you be in for a shocking experience.

C'est HOTELS.COM qui est en cause, cette réservation, sympathique, a été faite par EXPEDIA, car HOTELS.COM enregistre des hôteliers qui NE VEULENT PAS travailler avec HOTELS.COM ! Grande surprise quand vous arrivez, et que l'hôtel est complet... Bravo HOTELS.COM (j'ai eu 4 problèmes sur différents hôtels en Code d'Ivoire avec HOTELS.COM qui ne fait pas son travail de suivi des établissements…
