"We stayed in a 4th floor and it was a pleasant stay. The building is tucked away in a neighbourhood but close enough to convience stores (7-11, Family Mart) if you need something quickly. Our unit was very clean and the onsite laundry within the unit was a nice touch. My only drawback is there is not elevator so carrying large luggage up the stairs can be challenging for some. Overall I would stay again."

"チェックイン前に身分証の提出を求められたが、エクスペディア経由だとメールアドレスがマスクされて大変だった。ホテル側の対応は全て英語で、電話も国内ではない。 部屋ではエアコンから異音がして、全然効かなかった。自動清掃機能付きのエアコンだったが、フィルターに埃がびっしり詰まっていた。チェックインの翌朝に清掃の方に掃除機がないか声をかけたが、日本語分からないと言われ対応してもらえななかった。仕方なく風呂場で埃を払うと、驚くほど改善した。 洗濯機のフィルターも目詰まりしていた。 設備は新しいが、細かいところの清掃が行き届いていないように感じた。"

"The apartment had minor asethical damage & the unit lacks a dryer. However! The location & convenience cannot be overstated. Of the 3 places i stayed in tokyo over the 2 weeks. It was unequivocally the best. 5 minute walk to a station, quiet location which feels like you're in the heart of the city & much easier to navigate to & around then anywhere else I stayed.
