Family Trip

This was our first time staying at a Woodspring Suites. And it won't be our last. The accomodations were just perfect for our trip. It has all the immenities we needed and more.

The bed was very soft and comfortable and the television was good. The refrigerator was useful too, but ther were lots of cockroaches! I don't like bugs and roaches are the worst. I rate this place 2 stars because of the roach infestation. There was also a hot plate and a microwave oven but i wouldnt want to cook in there because of the roach problem.

This may be the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The property is in disrepair, the elevator didn't work most of the time. The outside doors did not shut so there was no security. I could not lock my door with the deadbolt. There was zero water pressure in the bathtoom sink. The room felt very dirty. I tried to stay somewhere on the cheap and i certainly paid for it.
This was the awful bed.

Poor stay

The elevators were down. We were on the 4th floor. There were people smoking in the stairway and animal pee in there. There was also people smoking in the halls and pee in there as well. There was also roaches. It wasn’t a great experience

Horrible. Had my reservations booked for over a week.. showed up to the hotel and lady states “She sees my reservations but she’s fully booked and has no rooms available for me.” Traveled 3hrs from home and ended up having to drive back.

Other clients were so loud and noisy all night and day, nothing in the room for cooking or eating, stayed n night and left and was billed for 3 nights since that is their policy that you have to pay for nights you book

Bad service

The room was good, there was no shower curtain. And the front desk brought me one but handed it to me to put up. On top of that the remote control worked half way.

First I got there at 230 and they said I couldn't check in until 3. Because there wasn't no I repeat no clean rooms but they would be clean at 3 so 30 minutes and you're gonna clean 8 rooms. That's crazy and then they want everybody's. ID that is staying with you which is insane. So we couldn't even stay there because. One of my employees didn't have his ID.

Night of hell

We arrived and smelled a slight scent of dog urine. That should have been a clue. When we get in the hallway, it reeks of dog urine in the carpet. We get into the room and thought it doesn't smell so bad. However the floors were slippery as if they had been mopped with dirty mop filled with dog urine. No wash cloths, only 1 towels for 2 people. The tub faucet was somewhat broken. That night the bedroom reeked of dog urine odor coming from outside the hallway. I will never stay at a Woodbridge. First if you allow dogs, never have carpet.

First they checked us in but someone was already staying in the room, we had to go back downstairs and wait for them to get us a different room. The hall way has a horrible odor. The room was nasty, floors unswept, no bedding, towels, shampoo etc. The phone in the room wasn’t even hooked up. We had to have someone come and fix the TV before it would work. No hairdryer. Very very disappointing and nasty
