" Booked 2 twin rooms, but one room was made up as a double. Reported this to reception straight away. Said they would alter it by 7pm. Didn't happen. Reported to recetion in the morning and the room was set as a twin by the time we had returned that afternoon . And we were offered a bottle of fizz."

"Excellent stay. Rooms - spacious, clean and large 50 inch TV is great. Breakfast - fantastic. Nice veggie sausages and excellent hash browns - English breakfast was excellent. Only thing that could be improved is having cheese in the breakfast. Swimming pool/spa - pool a bit shallow, but otherwise fine. Would have been incredible if there were a jacuzzi. Steam room and sauna are both great. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. On check in I left a review about the lack of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser), and the next day the staff left these in the room for us, which show good attention to detail and to feedback, which is well appreciated. Will definitely be returning!"

"Whilst we don’t get to visit as often as we’d like, we’d never stay anywhere else in Oxford. Always spotlessly clean, comfy beds and cosy rooms, can’t fault the staff whether it be reception, concierge or bar staff, this is just a really lovely hotel with good old fashioned values and customer service. "
