"It's in a basement and there was a door to another part of the basement that was locked and we could see a light that was on all night on the other side. It was very quiet though, great if you just need somewhere to sleep."

"When we arrived the VRBO was different than the one In the listing due to issues with the original, I wasn’t told this before checking in which would of been nice but overall not a big deal! Check in process was good, fast communication and good location. Very clean!"

"Overall a great price in a good place!!! We were on the go a lot so we didn’t need much. The seating in the living room could be more but not a big deal unless you’re planning on being there a lot. Bedroom windows could use some darker curtains to help with the morning sun. Again not an huge deal just an observation. Overall we had a great weekend and can’t complain."

"Our family stayed here in early May 2024 while in Boston to attend our son's college graduation. There were six of us in total with plenty of bedroom space for all. The house was clean, comfortable, and suited our purposes while we were in town. There is a spacious basic kitchen. The house is a renovated older home. Note that the house is on the second and third floors (there seems to be a smaller apartment on the bottom floor). You have to navigate a staircase to get to the second floor house...

"This is a beautiful home that is well cared for, clean, organized and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to the harbor and into Cohasset village. The hosts were so accommodating, even leaving us a fresh bag of coffee and case of waters. The bedrooms were a great size with comfortable beds and bedding. "Needed a place to stay for 6 people to attend my son’s graduation. Didn’t want to do 3 hotel rooms so we stayed here. Very close to downtown and Seaport district where my son lives. House was great. Some road noise but host explains that well in description of home. We would definitely stay there again."

"The accuracy of this listing was correct. There are some steep stairs going to the 2nd floor. The main living space has enough room to seat 6 comfortably and there is also a large ottoman. The floors are hardwood, tile and laminate and can be a little slippery at times when wearing socks. The main room and large main level bedroom also have a rug in the center. The large bedroom which has 2 queen beds is a great space for a family. The beds were fairly comfortable and the bedding was good....

"We had a wonderful time in what we called our Russian Chalet. One of our group is fluent in Russian and loved the cookbooks, art and the feel of the home. We enjoyed playing pool and chess in the evening. The home was clean and well prepared for our stay."
