"The facilities were beautiful. Hotel room was clean, the restaurants and places to shop were great. The hotel staff was awful. The front desk staff was less than welcoming and absolutely put a damper on what was supposed to be a great weekend getaway. Paid for early check in, only to find out at noon (we arrived at 9am) that they gave us a room that is not the room that I paid for. Front desk told us that we had to leave that room and wait for “our room” to be ready. It’s now 2pm. We didn’t get to “our room” until 4pm and when we finally went to get the keys, she had the nerve to say, “Oh you used the kiosk. That’s why you got that room. Next time come and speak to someone at the front desk.” Housekeeping never showed up to clean the room and I had to call three times for clean towels."

"Well I'm glad i didn't listen to the bad reviews i came across and decided to give this place a try. I will say that the first room i received, the original room i booked had a leak when you would flush the toilet that i noticed right away. I brought it to the attention of the staff and was immediately given a new room. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the area was very quiet and close to stores for just about everything. The only thing that was a little weird was that the shower was in the jacuzzi. A little weird to me but it was fine. My wife and i had a great time for valentines day weekend. I would recommend for a weekend stay. Staff was very friendly as well. "
