"I booked this non refundable stay but once i drove in i thought we drove into a horror movie. My kids were scared and didnt want to get down. I looked at the reviews and saw it was a 2 star hotel. We saw pictures of bed bugs and dirty rooms. I called the hotel to cancel but the lady said no and hung up on me. Check reviews before booking. I lost on this one. "
