"Excellent hotel in a great location, Super rooms, Complementary bus service every day to the beach, Great customer service by friendly staff and management, Nothing is too much trouble, Fantastic atmosphere and ambiance about the place. Great two swimming pools, Great to sit next to the pool in the evening for food and drinks from the restaurant, One Swimming pool is a hidden gem which is not obvious to find but great spot. Cocktail bar at the top is great with music and great views of the city. I would definitely go back and stay here again. We normally go to Dubai every year and stay at Sofitel on the Palm. "

"We loved everything about the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. It was in an excellent location. Bus stop was in front of the hotel and there were all kinds of dining and shopping within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!"
