"First of all, they claimed they couldn’t find my booking until 9pm. Then they said cos Hotels.com has taken it own commission, they can’t give me a deluxe room even though that is what I paid for. They gave me a standard room with weird bathroom. Then they refused to give me WiFi, or Breakfast. "

"I guess this people lied about the facilty it's not a real hotel, it's really sad that no back up plan for power outage, the swimming is more like a fish pond it's not in use . The generator cannot power the A/C .while people lie about their facility. No enough towel .i think i will make a claim"
