"We were in rm 211. It was comfortable. My only complaint is the pocket door on the bathroom wouldn’t latch; it kept slipping. The door is slightly off kilter in the track. I told them at the desk and hopefully they’ve fixed it. The breakfast was sub-par as far as heated food, ie: eggs, bacon and sausage. The toaster really didn’t toast at all. I put my bagel thru twice and it still needed more. Coffee was good."

"The breakfast was fresh, curtains in room was old and nasty. Staff was pleasant & the kitchen was clean. Carpet in rooms need to be replaced as well as and updated on furniture. "

"This location was so very clean. The house is decorated with charm and attractiveness. The Host was pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. If you have a large vehicle or truck, the driveway is very narrow, but it is doable. Of course, this is a difficulty that the host can not change or fix."

"There was a lot to like about this property. Unfortunately the temporary electric water heater was underpowered and if anyone used hot water anywhere in the house, the lights in the kitchen and family room flicker wildly. Also, the lower level was quite a bit colder than the main floor. On a positive note, the decor is very distinctive. The photos are accurate - if you like what you see, you’ll like it in person. The kitchen had plenty of counter space and the open floor plan made it easy to have multiple cooks. The beds were also very comfortable Finally the host was very responsive to our questions. The place looked recently renovated. Hopefully he is continuing to improve the property and the problems we had will be resolved by the time you read this. "
