Habia lugares limpios y otros sucios, le falta mantenimiento al lugar y mas establecimientos como restaurante ya que el unico que tienen esta lejos, para todo hay que usar el auto, ni OXXO hay sin embargo dentro del hotel lo mantienen limpio con aire y camas buenas, el wifi no sirve. las playas principales estan lejos tienen una playita mas o menos pero retirada del hotel.

Renovation? Construction? What a mess

The staff was super friendly but the hotel dock was completely torn apart and nothing like the photos. They also had me staying in a completely separate building which required me to drive me car just to access the pool. It also took over half an hour to check in between every guard pointing me in a different direction when the check in instructions could've just told me what to do. Again, super friendly staff and the service was good. The room was ok but the location wasn't. Overall, really bad value and wouldn't stay again. Which is sad since this location and hotel has a ton of potential.

La habitacion es sumamenye pequeña y el baño no tiene mas que unas puertitas tipo cantinas que dan cero privacidad. El club de playa extraordinario al igual que la ubicacion. En realidad sob torres de condominios.

Es un hotel muy caro . Y las habitaciones muy chicas , no cabíamos ni para pasar, en las puertas de baño tronaban mucho, y ruidoso . Las cortinas no servían , al igual que los cajones del mueble donde se encontraba la televisión. Una de las camas estaba muy vencida, muy incomoda, Estamos muy arrepentidos.

LAS PERSIANAS NO DETECTAMOS EL BLACK OUT DURANTE LA ESTANCIA, POR LO QUE ENTRABA LA LUZ COMO SI HUBIERAMOS DORMIDO AFUERA. Hotel agradable con excelente club de playa

Es un hotel con buena seguridad, habitaciones pequeñas con vista al mar, para poder llegar al mar hay que bajar al club de playa, por medio de carrito de golf, el club de playa tiene un excelente servicio y es muy bueno, pero el mar carece de arena.
