Ice clean family hotel.
This is a long standing hotel in Acapulco. It caters to familoes with a big play area for kids. The pool is clean. Before the virus thry served a nice free breakfast. . The staff is friendly and helful. The place is well maintained and the gardens are beautiful. A good deal in Acapulco!

My stay was not good at all.I am disappointed. Problem with wifi, flush lever not working in washroom, no power socket in bedroom, no blanket, Only one item for the day in breakfast. no proper response in reception I will not suggest anyone to book this hotel
