"Beautiful place smack in the middle of the downtown area in front of the city Cathedral and just around the corner from all main restaurants, bars, coffee shops and souvenirs. Service in this place is outstanding amd their traditional Mexican breakfast is great. "

"This is a Mexican jewel. A beautiful place to stay, rest, dine and enjoy the hotel activities. Make sure to visit the water fall and the night “Mitos y Legendas” adventure. The food and drinks are also delicious to enjoy."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times, even though is no fully accessible because it has small steps in the entrances to the main buildings, we have enjoyed it. It has a nice restaurant onsite and the food is tasty. Staff has been courteous and friendly, with a couple of exceptions. During our last visit we had some issues with the toilet seat, it was broken, we only stayed one night, so we did not bothered to tell the reception. "

"El fin fue increíble muchas cosas que hacer cerca como los prismas basálticos. La hacienda muy bonita y con una historia muy interesante, nos tocaron cuartos recién remodelados asi que muy bien. La comida deliciosa y la atención del staff excepcional. Recomiendo ampliamente "
