We were called back to the hotel because our dog was barking early evening, but people were allowed to late at night and continued without anything done. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"The place is located close/walking distance to the city center. We have to call the proprietor as this not a hotel, we were asked to pick up our keys at the caffe (where we had our Italian breakfast- delicious pastry and coffee too). The room was on 3rd floor, elevator is working well. The building is clean and safe. The only thing we have to say was the bathroom door doesn't close (looks like door was smaller??). Our hostess was very helpful and pleasant. "

"Isabella was an absolute delight and her place was perfect for our trip. The location cannot be beaten and the very private room was very quiet considering you are right in the centre of town. The bed was extremely comfortable, beautiful room and very easy to explore the city from. She was a perfect host, her home is beautiful (totally unique) and we were well looked after the whole time we were there. Overall, I'd really recommend staying at the Palazzo! "
