"Ho prenotato la struttura tramite il sito hotels.com, il giorno del check-in, la reception mi manda indietro dicendo che non compare nessuna prenotazione a nome mio, quando invece avevo mostrato prenotazione e ricevuta. Pensavo che visto il disagio, mi offrisse una soluzione gratis mentre si cercava di capire l’inconveniente e invece per forza voleva farmi pagare un’altra stanza. "Das Hotel ist an sich sehr schön und die Zimmer sind wirklich groß und neu. Das Frühstück ist jedoch eines der schlechtesten, das ich je hatte. Kaum Auswahl und keine frischen Zutaten. Wirklich enttäuschend und nicht mal ansatzweise auf 4* Niveau. "
