"Very clean and spacious room which was perfect as we transitioned from Cooperstown to Manhattan. Breakfast was great and my son loved the waffles!"

"Room was huge,including bathroom. Bed was clean, comfortable, smooth sheets. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Sausage was cold at 9:30 am with like 4 pieces sitting in oil at the bottom of the tray, eggs were pretty watery, potatoes were chewy. Waffle was great, as typical for Hampton Inn. Coffee was really good. I'd stay again. But try to hit breakfast earlier. But that's sort of disappointing too. If it lasts until 10, it should be good until 10. Oh, also the pool was really small and hot tub was closed. We'd been planning to use both, but skipped it."

"Very good breakfast, the room and king bed were very comfortable, nice staff, enjoyed the outside seating area, the pool water was a little too cold for us, convenient location for us between Kingston and Hyde Park. Our only complaint is the fact that people with dogs staying at your hotel should be restricted to small dogs and one to a room. When we checked in there were two dogs next door to us -- one sounded very large and the other was a yapper so assume it was small. They barked when I would close the bathroom door! We complained to the desk and they said they would move us but we were already totally unpacked and I said I would not move and found out that these people were staying until the next day so we agreed that they should be warned about the complaint and apparently there were other complaints because you could hear these dogs barking from one end of the hall to the other end. We were told dogs are allowed on both the first and second floor and I think that they should be restricted to the first floor and again restricted as to how many and the size. Not fair to people in the next room."

"Staff, room and parking were great. Breakfast was very disappointing. Space is part of the problem and the coffee maker wasn't working, so staff was having to refill a thermo container. Food choices were very limited mainly due to the space. Its also not practical to have the single desk staff also dealing with the breakfast. Again,room and staff were great. I didn't use the pool or other amenities"
