The room is clean and neat,. Very luxuriously the location is at center of city closer to major places. The swimming pool is clean. The breakfast is amazing with variety of food to eat including fruit. Delicious juice.
In all is amazing. The only issue is that the wifi is not working in our room. My TV also has only too channels working. And staff came over trying to fix but it didn't work and they said...
"I was told the place is disability friendly but its definitely not. I wont recommend coconut grove to anyone, essentially, disabled people. Im a wheelchair user. If i could have move to a different hitel, i would have was extremely tired."
"Our stay at Grand Casamora Hotel was nothing short of rewarding. It was our first trip to Ghana. The room was cozy, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Chris was especially kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He made us feel like family. In addition, Grand Casamora is a great location with many shops within walking distance. We hope to be back for a longer visit. Highly recommended!"
