The stunning interior consists of four spacious bedrooms, with each 2 rooms sharing bathroom , toilet and a common kitchen for the two rooms ,. The property also features two reception areas including a dining area and a very breezy balcony. The kitchens are fully functioning and equipped with modern amenities. All rooms are fully air conditioned. This villa is ideal for a family holiday or for a business trip. It is within 10mins walk from cafes, restaurants, forex bureaus, pharmacies and banks and 5 mins drive from popular beaches such as Labadi pleasure beach, Cocoa Beach, La Palm Beach and Osikai resort. The apartment is also 10 minutes walk from Palace Supermarket and Melcom . The Accra mall is only 15 mins drive away. The Wild Gecko Handicrafts, The University of Ghana , The OSU Mall and The W.E.B. DuBois Centre are all within 5 and 20 mins drive away respectively . Osu, also known as Oxford Street and famous for its night life - clubs, pubs and discos, cinemas, souvenirs and fine dining is only about 6 miles away. Further afield there are opportunities to partake in water sports activities, go karting and quad biking. There is a back up generator, water reservoir and an electric gate with 24 hour security to guarantee your water and power supply throughout your stay. There is a 50GHC daily provision for electricity. Back up generator will have a full tank prior to arrival. In the unlikely event there is over usage of power by guests, guests will be required to top up the meter/generator. Please note we have a strict policy regarding number of guests staying at the villa. Only guests presented at time of booking will be permitted to stay at the villa. Any guests added after check-in will incur a $20 per person per night charge (maximum guests 4 inclusive). Guests have access to 24 hour-on site assistance. Daily house keeping is included in the rates. A chef is available at an additional cost.
