"Some of the staff were very helpful while others were extremely argumentative. My guests & I felt that there were many inconveniences including the elevator not working, requiring us to climb many flights of steps to our room, and varying water damage throughout our room itself."

"The location of the property was okay. It is located in a very nice and calm environment. The room was clean but needs some maintenance, especially the room where I stayed. The bathrooms were clean. Generally, the hotel was okay for my short stay."
