"An exceptional place—we decided to stay an additional day at Moinho do Maneio, canceling a night in the Douro Valley, because we loved the place and its surroundings so much. Anabela and her husband have created such a special retreat, truly a welcome respite after traveling through the busy cities of Madrid and Seville. "It is a 1000 year old building, the host treated us wonderfully and we had a great chat in the bar. Much different than all the corporate owned hotels we stayed earlier in the week. There is a thermo springs a few blocks away."

"This is a fabulous little hotel. It has obviously been recently refurbished and modernised. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful. Continental breakfast was great value for only €5 and there is a handy cafe/bar right next door."

"Adorámos a nossa estadia!
A casa está muito bem cuidada e limpa. É muito confortável e sossegada.
A cozinha está muito bem equipada e tem estacionamento fechado dentro da propriedade.
Apesar de termos viajado em Fevereiro, e a casa ser em pedra, quando chegámos a casa estava quentinha, foi um óptimo acolhimento.
