"Beautiful hotel with a view that was stunning from from bedroom. Restaurants open late and I was done by 6:30. There were no places open to eat and I went to bed without dinner. The next morning I found a “room service” menu? Armed with Starbucks, there was a refrigerator when I ate early. I would definitely recommend these spacious, clean and well- appointed rooms. "

"We loved our stay at this hotel! It was a perfect location slightly away from the tourist area, but also walking distance (10-15min max) from all the main sites in town. There were to playgrounds nearby for our children which was also nice. The hotel itself was very nice. The staff was all helpful and the rooms were good. The food was delicious!! Breakfast has a wide array of buffet items and menu items. The staff also let us customize our crepes everyday! The Italian dinner restaurant was also wonderful food to the point we went back two more times for lunch and dinner!"

"Don't use Google maps to arrive at this place!!!!!. Impossible to drive to the front door. Google maps to Puerta de Bisagra. There's a ramp practically to the front door right off the main street. "

"This hotel sits in a cute little dead end cobblestone street among residential properties, but only a few short blocks from the main attractions. As a result, it was quiet, but still convenient to everything we wanted to see. It felt like staying in the noblewoman's lovely old house, which it was. The breakfast buffet was typical, fresh and adequate."
