We also loved the cabin itself and especially the two recliners in the living room. We didn't like the fact that there was no internet or cell phone service, but you could walk over to the recreation building and use...

"The house was clean, heat was on and the kitchen was stocked with tons of plates, silverware etc. There is not a single extra towel, nor towels for the hot tub, so bring your own. The house overlooks a river and there is a footpath close by to walk down to it. Check in and check out was seamless, just follow the instructions they send in the email."

"The home was clean and cozy but small. The lack of any A/C or fans, made it uncomfortable during the day, until at least an hour after sunset. Since every window in the cabin was open, to allow cooling, the noisy neighbors directly behind the home, kept us up until after midnight both nights we stayed. It is rustic as described and if that is what your looking for it is nice. "

"Beautiful location with privacy, wooded trail right from the backyard (leads to campground then lake). Very clean and well provisioned. Quick response when my friend called about an issue with hot tub settings. Great spot, would visit again!"

"Good: amenities around location including pools, basketball, tennis, playgrounds, location next to a river. check in/out was easy but in maple falls (one town west) Cons: no working wifi, no cell service, no AC or fans, dated but cozy"

"The cabin is in a lovely location, the bathroom and rest of the cabin was clean and it is spacious for 2 people. However, the beds are so uncomfortable as to feel like plywood, the way management communicates with you and you have to pick up the keys, drop them off elsewhere, take your trash out to the dumpster, with threats as to fees if you don't...I wouldn't stay here again. "

"My husband, dog, and I had a beautiful, relaxing stay! Thanks for opening up your home to guests. We enjoyed paddle boarding, walking around the pond, the fire pit, hot tub, and reading with gorgeous views. We weren’t expecting to feel so close to nature but we loved hearing the frogs at night, seeing fish jump, and we even spotted a deer. Truly a lovely getaway — we hope to be back in the future. Thanks again!"
