"We stayed here twice because it was the only option at the time in the area we wanted to stay.
The cons:
The check-in and check-out process was incredibly frustrating. There is no physical person present, so they requested my passport details and payment for additional unexpected fees via WhatsApp. We also had to proactively ask for the Wifi password; it was not offered in the course of the conversation. Then they sent the keys through an Uber courier which took 20-30 minutes to arrive each...
