"The property is immaculate. Very well put together and has everything you need to cook a full meal which we really appreciated. Good size accommodation for 6 people. The only downside was there are no fans or air conditioning and it was very hot while we were there which made sleeping difficult even with every window open. Maybe some ceiling fans would help if air conditioning isn’t an option."

"Séjour très, très agréable de le Kota, en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants) Les enfants étaient ravis de la "petite maison en bois" et de la proximité avec les animaux de la ferme (les parents aussi!). Nous pensions que le bain nordique était un petit plus sympa : c'était bien plus que cela, par un soir de fin mars un peu frais, profiter d'un bain nordique bien chaud en extérieur, dans l'intimité, nous a fait beaucoup de bien. "The location is perfect! It is right beside Les Place Des Heros which had fabulous dining options and shops. The building architecture is stunning. The room (beds) are small. They could use better pillows. I felt hot sleeping but you could open a window which helped some."

A few things to consider: although check-in is listed as 4:00 p.m., guests are not allowed to check in until 5:00 p.m., with no exceptions. Parking is also very limited. We found the cleaning staff to be somewhat unfriendly. Overall, the location and value make this a good option, but the check-in policy and limited parking are worth knowing in advance."

"Breakfast a bit expensive for what you get. Room is clean but could do with some bleach in the toilet to remove the black stains. Eat out is the best option. There's a burger van next door that sells good food and a couple of good restaurants near by. Went to both restaurants and could not fault the food. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. All in all my stay was nice would book again."

"Returned to this hotel after a very nice experience 3 years ago. The hotel staff and the hotel itself are fantastic. Sadly, the restaurant lets it down. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was terrible and overpriced. The restaurant staff were quite rude and unhelpful, including the one at breakfast. So, if you are just staying at the hotel, this is great. But don't waste your money on the restaurant."
