"Lovely place to stay in Milan with easy transportation to Milano Centrale train station by #5 streetcar. Quiet neighborhood. The room was very well appointed and clean and the daily breakfast was delicious. Diane was very helpful and gracious with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!"

"They were great at communication before our visit, the front desk person spoke English and was very helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. They provided ear plugs. For street noise or air conditioning? The street noise didn’t bother us. Everything was fine except the air conditioning. It was noisy, did not cool the room very well, the remote was complicated, there was a note that if you selected one of the buttons it would break the system (and we would have to pay for repairs!),...
