"This property is Extremely Beautiful and so very very well maintained and clean. Our host and hostess greeted us with a bottle of wine and a berry tort, delicious. The surrounding area is so very peaceful and beautiful. We were there for 1 week and totally enjoyed our selves. The home itself is very well equipped with whatever one would need. "The house was a real gem - fantastic all around. Truly off-off the beaten track, peaceful, with all the amenities you may need. It was very clean, super comfortable and really enjoyable. We stayed for 7 nights and could have easily stayed longer. Lots of small villages to visit within less than 1 hour and Orvieto is also close. The hosts, Manuela and Martin, were superb - friendly, quick to respond to any question or request we had. In short - highly recommended"

"We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."

"Complete tranquility in the Italian countryside. Cecilia, our host, met us to show us the way to this amazing country house, full of character which had everything you could possibly need. She had also bought shopping for us which was so appreciated when we arrived early evening after a long day travelling.
