"Outstanding 19th-century guest rooms!"

"This was our second stay here, and we loved it. Frederica and Elena take very good care of us every time we come and we find their personalities very pleasing. Our room was the largest and it is so comfortable with a separate living room from the bedroom and a big Jacuzzi tub which we’ve actually never used, but it looks pretty inviting. We can’t come back next year. "

"We were confused and could not follow the instructions on how to check in. Really needed to have a car because you check in at one place and then are sent to where you are actually staying. Never did figure it out to check in. Very difficult if you have to schlep your bags by yourself. "

"The bigger pricier rooms are lovely. However, the small room across from reception is dreadful. You have to go up a flight of 7 brick stairs to get to the bath, which is a woefully inadequate shower. The hair dryer is affixed to the wall where there’s no mirror. The staff is lovely, but part of the time no one seems to be about. "

"Small but very clean and nice, and staff was friendly and helpful. Short walk to either Saturnia or Cascata del Mulino Hot springs. One warning, this lodging is more convenient with a car, but we did manage with walking and a local bus from Albinia."

"Located in old town this is a great place to stay with a really great view of the Tuscan hills. Highly rated restaurant just below this B&B. The owner Mario is very knowledgeable of the area and is very helpful and overall great guy. He also provides eco tours that are really a remarkable experience."

"GPS got us there but once there we had no where to find our resort!!!! Hotel very clean! B&B is NOT a breakfast. 4 stars."

"Travelled with my wife and only chose the town because she was keen to experience the nearby Bagni San Fillipo.But Gli Archi and the town Abbadia San Salvatore both pleasantly surprised us. The house and our room were spotless and the owner lovelly.Room was huge and breakfast tasty. The Abbadia (Abbey) proved to be memorable,especially the multi columned crypt! Nearby Ospedale was perfect for all day free parking an easy walk from B&B."
