"It was only for a week but living there was a pleasure. Nearby towns had lots of interesting places to visit and good restaurants. The house itself was well fitted especially the kitchen which suited self catering groups as there are no restaurants within walking distance for those who like to drink with their evening meal. We all enjoyed our stay."

"The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer."

"This property is perfect for a family reunion or girls trip. It’s secluded, but has everything you need. The outside pizza oven with space to eat outside. Amazing. There is a city close by to get everything you need before you get there. It is quiet and the views are amazing across the olive trees. The host was very nice and look forward to being back with friends! "

"Two friends - ages 70+ - decided to escape to Tuscany. Villa Nobile was the destination. Everything about it was magical, especially the grounds and astounding views. We savored every moment. The only slight disappointment was that walking to Montepulciano was very challenging on narrow, dusty roads. Fortunately, we had a car that eased our journey. A wonderful home, well located with access to so many Tuscan towns. We highly recommend it."
