"On arrival entry via the key app was easy, the apartment was on the top floor and has a balcony overlooking a leafy street behind and the railway. This was lovely and we did make use of it. Rooms were spacious and we found it easy to use the facilities. We did report some food left behind in the cupboards which was a bit messy. We had the same issue as the other reviewer with the shower not draining, after my daughter showered I had to wait 40 minutes for the shower to drain as we were worried...

"We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable."

However, when it was 3 hours past check-in I had to hound the host repeatedly to please give me the code to get into the flat. The listing did not say anything about being on the 3rd floor without a lift. Several of the pictures on the website were totally inaccurate as things had been changed/redone.
