"We stayed for 20 days in January to enjoy skiing at Okemo, which was a short trip from the Carriage House. It was better than described on the listing with more amenities than expected. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking and baking-except for the groceries. The modern appliances and crockpot allowed me to cook with ease. Having a washer/dryer on site, as well as detergent, was very convenient. Hosts Jennifer and Michael provide a detailed description of how everything...

"Beautiful little get away that provided a nice rest while traveling. The inn was charming, very clean and quiet. Highly recommend!!"

"You need carpeting upstairs- the amount of stomping around at 530am over the weekend was frustrating. I also understand not serving food right now- however to expect guests to not eat in the comfort of their own rooms and expecting them to eat out in a common area but not serving food is a little hypocritical to be honest. The facility was nice, i liked being able to come and go as i pleased. "

"We stay at the Brook Wood Inn when visiting family in nearby Unity. This was our 2nd stay at the Inn and it is very relaxing place to stay. The common areas and kitchen is great, we always make our own breakfast and have a nice cup of coffee together each morning :)"

"Very clean and easy to “self check in”. It is a nice setting too. We felt safe. The bed, for me was very hard and the pillows were more like morning pancakes. The pillows really need to be replaced. I did not sleep well. Over all a nice place. "

Best vacation stay!

"Remote, peaceful & private! Cabin (#3) was thoughtfully and tastefully laid out to enjoy, with everything that you would need. Bed was so comfortable, loved looking into the woods & enjoyed the sounds of nature everyday! Outside hot tub & firepit were a plus! Walking distance to lake. Can't say enough, just a great experience! Will definitely be back. fyi ... there are partially dirt/gravel roads a little distance up the road getting there. We had an SUV, no problems. "

"I was more than pleased with my stay at The Fullerton Inn. The Inn itself was very nice, clean, comfortable, inviting, relaxed atmosphere. I believe I may have interacted with everyone there other than the kitchen staff who prepared many tasty and plentiful meals. Try and save room for their desserts, you won't be disappointed. As for the rest of the staff, engaging, pleasant, professional, and enjoyable to interact with, including, Rob the proprietor, all were most welcoming. "
