The entire staff at the Fairfield was helpful and very professional and polite.The room was exceptionally clean and the entire hotel was spotless. I would like to send a special thank you to Saundra in the housekeeping dept. for going way beyond her job description by providing us a wonderful stay here. I will definitely be coming back I would highly recommend this hotel. I give it 10 stars

Would have appreciated knowing property was under construction when we booked it. Your website didn't say anything and neither did they until after we had checked in online. A bit deceptive on both of your parts.

AC in room did not work. The site had recent water leak which resulted in numerous fans and carpet pulled up. The halls were an active construction site due to this. The toilet also ran and ran and ran.

Room we stayed in, the sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. Found a sock at the bottom of the bed, which was not ours. Also the bathroom sink drain was clogged reported, said they fixed it, but was still clogged. We asked for a refund and were told to call Expedia. We got nothing from either company Expedia or Marriott. A two day stay at least they could have offered a one day refund. Not sure if I'll be using Marriott anymore, so disappointed!!
