"Landlord was very helpful."

"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. "Confusing access, limited tight parking and no clear wayfinding for checking in. Tons of stairs meant hauling luggage sucked. Tile walkways often wet meant for slipping hazards. Rooms are big! Nice view. Not great sound insulation."

"The hotel is located on one of the best isolated beaches in the area. The water is very clean with rich aquatic life and picturesque rocks. The hotel itself is undermaintained: without any signs, no elevator, but plenty of stairs, some broken and malfunctioning gear. This disadvantage is compensated by very friendly and welcoming staff, which does their best to assist the guests. "
