" Holiday Inn Ada was great, Hotels.com not so much… I reserved a room online and went to check in but showed no reservation under my name. I had a confirmation email and the transaction had hit my bank account. I ended up having to pay for the room a second time and didn’t receive my refund from Hotels.com for a week. "

"For the price it was great. However, the breakfast was not good. I hate it when hotels use breakfast as a feature and then not have anything worth eating. But otherwise the hotel is a very good value."

"Motel was easy to find. It was clean and quiet. Also it was affordable. Only complaint was the hail in which we got but they don't control the weather."

"There was an incident with a guest. The guest fell and was injured (Property NOT at fault) anyway I say this because the night, front desk, lady came to his aid immediately, called medical help for him and stayed with the guest until they arrived. These are the type of people that work here. They care about the guests and go above and beyond to help them. It’s not fancy or The Ritz but it’s affordable and nice. "

"Nothing in the motel is up to date except for the TV which didn't have a remote. There were bugs all over the room and even on the beds and other furniture. The pillows have absolutely no comfort to them what's so ever and I would strongly recommend NOBODY stays at this motel."
