"We were pleasantly surprised. Seems to have been recently renovated. Nice people and a good spot to stop, right off the highway. There is a diner next door and a casino. I do wish however that they didn’t place a couple of guys with a noisy dog right next to us when there were several empty rooms. Shower pressure was great! I would have appreciated a bit more substantial towels however. "

"The bathroom smelled badly like urine and the room smelled so strong of perfume or deodorizer. I wonder if it was meant to mask the urine smell. It was so bad that it made me feel ill and I ended up sleeping in my car overnight. I was excited to find a place rated so high for only $70, but would have rather paid more for a lower rated room that I would have likely been able to get a good rest in."

"Everything really good at this hotel, except the bed. Since all we used the hotel for was an overnight stay on our hitting the road again, getting a good nights sleep was important. Mattress was very uncomfortable and might have been a foam because we were sweating on the bottom, chilly on the top. We had to turn constantly through the night, due to heat issue and because overall the mattress was not comfortable. We woke tired, and our body out of sorts. Change the mattress and we’d come back in a heartbeat when we come to Siloam Springs again. "

"One of the elevators was broken. The pool was closed. Three of the 4 ice machines I tried, did not work. My toilet was clogged and I hadn’t even used it yet!! And there were extra charges on my card. I was not emailed any kind of receipt. I couldn’t use half the hotel services, but still had to pay full price!! Horrible stay. "

"Do not recommend! No coffee pot, microwave didn't work properly, shower did not work, key cards stopped working, beds were noisy as heck and not comfortable. Other rooms were a lot nicer. The staff was pleasant though. "
