"My family of four enjoyed staying here 3 nights over the Memorial Day weekend. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake, and this house is in a gated community. We spent most of the time on the boat dock by the lake. There are kayaks, a paddle board, and fishing poles. The home also has a hot tub, we didn't use because we enjoyed the crystal clear lake so much. Especially desirable for those with climbing skills because you have to climb up a steep lather to the kitchen or for folks like me (more heavier) walk on outside deck down to the kitchen. The location is perfect, the views were amazing, super quiet, had all necessities needed for the lake life, just pull up and enjoy. used the canoe the most and caught dozens of bass all around the lake from the canoe everyday. "We had such a great long weekend in this house. We were in town for a wedding, so we had a decent amount of downtime. My boys (16 & 19) had a great time paying ping pong (they didn’t even fight!). We were very comfortable lounging around the house. If you happen to be there on a rainy day, check out the Blue Ghost Gaming and Bar in Woodstock. We were there for 7 hours, and everyone had a blast."
