I had to go back to front desk over 20 times because i couldn't get the door open. Finally just left the door propped open with the medal lock thing so i wouldn't get locked out. Staff friday and Saturday night didn't try to help. Just kept giving me new key cards "

"Room was not clean. We could literally see dust and stuffs in and around the bed on the corners. Carpet was pretty old in both room and hallways. Good thing was that the bathroom was clean and fresh. Breakfast was also pretty simple without anything special. "

Downstairs gym, fresh ice water area, pool table AMAZING BREAKFAST! Great downtown location. "
