"Ugurcan is an amazing host. The penthouse views are absolutely breathtaking. We were a family of 6 and had a blast. The location is outstanding the neighbour is fantastic for groceries, cafes and restaurants. The tram is super close. We can't say enough of our wonderful experience."

"We were excited by seeing the pictures of this listing because it looked like a clean, and sophisticated BUT the reality is not even close…Let’s start with the entrance; you need to go down 6 steps that ends with a huge drop down last step to the apartment which could be very hard and dangerous for many people. Once we arrived to the apartment, there was a strong damp (sewage like) smell, and he said he washed the steps and this smell will go away in couple of hours but it never went away...

"The apartment was very nice, clean, and the terrace was very charming. It is a little noisy, as one side faces the road and another side faces a university, but it didn’t bother us much. The host was communicative and responded fast when we needed. The only thing we didn’t like was the neighborhood, but it is safe and 10 minutes drive to everything in Istanbul. We would recommend the place to other guests."

"Leider der Vermieter war erstmal nicht erreichbar. Dann wollte er in 10 Minuten kommen, die immer wiederverlängert worden sind. Nach eine Stunde wollte er ein Kumpel shicken und möchte er die Bestätigung per mms haben. Letztendlisch storniert er die Buchung und lässt uns auf der Straße in der Nacht mit Kinder... Leider keine gute Erfahrung... Ich habe mein Vertrauen in dieser Seite verloren."

"Für uns war dieses Apartment perfekt. Die Nähe zu allem, was wir sehen wollten und zum Wasser. Die Küchenecke ist klein und bietet nicht viel Platz zum Kochen, war aber für unsere deftigen Frühstücke völlig ausreichend und hat alles, was man braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir die überdachte grosse Launchterrasse."

"I had an amazing room with one wall completely windows looking out to the Bosphorus. The view was incredible. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a shower and a tub. Everything was clean, updated and beautiful. The cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating. The gentleman who I believe was their supervisor, greeted me by name in the hallway. The front desk staff and breakfast room staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. I hate to ruin a great review because of a few negative employees so I’ll just say the lobby bar area staff need to take lessons from everyone else on how to treat guests. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. "
