The entire team was also willing to help. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. It’s conveniently located without being on the main road where it might be noisier and we always felt safe! "Civitas Milos exceeded our expectations! The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, and the private plunge pool was a perfect touch. The location is convenient for exploring, though not walkable, so an ATV or car is best. I would recommend utilizing the rental company suggested by Civitas, as we had a terrible experience with the Avis/Budget rental agency on the island. One note of caution—the tile, especially on the patio, is very slippery when wet, so take care getting out of the plunge pool. Otherwise, everything was flawless—highly recommend!"

"This property looks deceiving when you first pull up as you can’t really see the rooms beyond the foliage but it was a great room! Very spacious and clean. Only downside is it’s on a dirt road so the patio is a bit dusty but the staff do a pretty good job of keeping it clean. The location is walkable to many beaches and great restaurants, and a short drive to the airport. There is a great little bakery across the street for coffee and fresh croissants in the morning. Maria at the front desk is amazing! Our ferry got delayed a day and she was so helpful and accommodating that it ended up being no big deal. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. "
