"Overall a good stay, great space to spread out with a family of four! The older bathroom isn't great if you're tall, but we made it work. The unit was a tad dusty and the AC did not work. Luckily the weather was nice so it didn't get too hot. The unit was equipped with all kitchen supplies necessary, but coffee would've been a nice touch. For the price point, it was what would be expected. The unit met our needs."

"We were in town for Rochester's graduation, two sets of relatives stayed in the generously large space. Outside space, living room with pool table and large TV together with great weather and view of the city provided for a lovely family celebration. The space matched the pictures but note no closets and minimum kitchen amenities. Space is on third floor with two sets of steep stairs and no ability to buzz in from third floor. "This apartment is awesome! It's more spacious than it appears in photos and is clean and nicely updated. We were there to visit family in the neighborhood nearby, and it was perfect for us and our 2 adult children. While the property is on a fairly busy street close to the freeway, you would never know that once inside the apartment. It's very quiet inside and is conveniently located to downtown and other local attractions. We would definitely stay there again the next time we're in...

"We had an amazing stay at thia location. We were a family of 10 but we were comfortably. The hoat was amazing. She replied quickly with any questions or concerns. Kitchen was stocked with different kinds of utensils, pots, plates, and cups. There were plenty of clean fresh towels and sheets. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the early mornings and late evenings. There is a playground down the street and toys are provided on the inside. The host was great...

This apartment is located in a historical front of Rochester where multicultural elements are presented. The area is extremely quiet to be so close to the downtown area and Nick Tahou Hots is literally within walking distance. Rochester garbage plates, yum yum! "The entire building as well as the individual apartment reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The house next door is boarded up and the neighborhood is not great. The entrance to the building and the apartment had a very flimsy electronic lock with no deadbolt, which given the neighborhood is not ideal. I tried to resolve with both the host and vrbo and was given no recourse. We didn’t stay on the property because it smelled so bad and we were forced to shell out for a hotel. STAY AWAY!!!!"
