"The property did not match the images on the VRBO website. It was also quite dirty in the most important rooms, such as the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. Kitchen - smelled like someone had just finished cooking some kind of meat. The stove was not clean and it was greasy. The wall behind the stove was greasy and had grease stains. "Every year our family picks a new destination to spend a few days together after Christmas. This year we picked Wisconsin Dells. When I came across this home, I never imagined how absolutely perfect it would be! So roomy and clean, the basket ball and game area was so fun! Great location! Very safe neighborhood. Was welcomed with a care basket of local goodies. Mary is a great communicator. She answered all my questions promptly. Highly recommend this home! You won’t be disappointed!"

"The Cottage was very beautiful, clean, modern & well decorated. The hosts maintained an open line of communication prior to and during the stay when needed. The welcome basket was very thoughtful and there was a lot of cookware and hygiene supplies available for use. However, we had difficulty with the Internet connection and consistency as only a few guests were able to connect while others weren’t. Lastly, the bed mattresses were too firm and uncomfortable."

"We loved staying at this property. It really had everything we needed. All the kids (age 9-13) loved the game room and the bunk space. We spent a lot of time enjoying the bluff is the backyard and the hot tub. It was a very easy drive to the Dells so we were able to have a day at the waterpark with a nice quiet place to come back to. The property is very clean and the kitchen is very well equipt. "Everything was great except the last day we were there, we renewed our room for an extra night and were not told the pool and hot tub were closed for the day, we could have went to another one of their properties which we had done the day before but swimming at another location is a hassle. Also we tried four of the indoor pools and all were pretty cold. There was one at the treescape that was bearable the others were not, we couldn’t even really get in the one at the vue. Other guests felt the same way. "
