"Arrived to check in to find out that they were sold out of rooms due to an over booking. the front desk receptionist was unprofessional and rude and had no empathy "

"Construction outside and extremely loud property with thin walls. Very loud the entire time you could hear others alarms through the wall. Turned on the fan to make it better but with the heater when preset temp was met a very very loud sound played. Check in and out was easy with the app. Breakfast was as you expect. Room was run down but clean enough."
